SWA were appointed as architects to transform a formerly derelict terraced house in West Hampstead, into a modern living space by adding a loft conversion, roof terrace, and side extension to the property. The clients brief was to use natural materials to evoke a warm environment. The detailing of the key elements of the project used alot of timber and stone. Every small details was considered to transform this into a beautiful family home. The result was a coherent set of spaces, that totally transformed the usage and vibrancy of the house.
