Simon Whitehead Architects (SWA) was established in November 2004.

Simon Whitehead was an associate of Fitzroy Robinson and then a director of Wolff architects before setting up his own practice in November 2004.

Experience gained at these practices and whilst working abroad includes private houses, residential developments, hotels, leisure facilities, marinas, retail fit outs and office developments.

The current portfolio of the practice is diverse. Projects include new build houses, housing refurbishments, housing extensions, leisure developments and retail projects. The practice has considerable experience with listed buildings and conservation areas.

The philosophy behind SWA is to provide a personal service, tailored to meet the individual needs of the client. We believe in continuing a close client dialogue during the evolution of the design. Equally, we are commited to forging working relationships with our consultants to create outstanding quality architecture and design.
